Thomas Campbell, Founder, CEO
From a young age, I was driven by a deep sense of purpose. I learned that obstacles are opportunities in disguise, and that the divine essence within us is more powerful than any external challenge we may face.
In the early 1990s, I experienced a profound awakening to “The Light,” which guided my path and purpose. I worked with several nonprofits throughout Ohio, gaining valuable experience and insight. In 2023, I felt it was time to establish both the book and The Light Movement—a mission inspired by the belief that the greatest barrier many people face is the absence of a guiding light showing them the right path.

Welcome to THE L.I.G.H.T.PROJECT! My name is [Israel Sierra], and I am the Assistant to the CEO of this inspiring platform. In my role, I manage the website, oversee social media accounts, and contribute to shaping our digital presence.
With a new niche for this new found interest. I’ll be bringing creativity, and community building, I’m dedicated to bringing THE L.I.G.H.T.PROJECT’s vision to life. I support our mission of inspiring personal growth and meaningful connections.
Through thoughtful content management, strategic social media engagement, and digital storytelling, I aim to share stories that resonate, uplift, and inspire. THE L.I.G.H.T.PROJECT is more than a platform—it’s a place where creativity and purpose intersect.
